The birthday present!

 So for my 35th (!) Birthday I received a sewing machine!  I had asked for it - only being able to sew on a button, the odd badge from being a girl guide and hemming my trousers (badly), I wanted to improve my sewing skills!  I remember being denied the opportunity to use on in school as we had naughty kids - you would leave instructions for the teacher on how to make your drawstring bag or tie die pillow.

The opportunities are endless and the creative juices are flowing... I can't wait to get creative!
